Mumbai in Pictures
I didn't know this until performing a quick Google search just a few moments ago but Mumbai is actually India's largest city by population. I always thought that dubious honor belonged to Delhi but perhaps Mumbai's feeling of spaciousness is owed to its vast urban sprawl. In any event, it is inevitable that a city this large and vibrant would produce quite a few images. I've done my best to pare them down but life here is extremely varied and there's a lot of variety to capture. From the hectic trading at the Sassoon docks to the napping locals trying to get a few moments peace, the busy streets full of hurrying commuters to the relative quiet of portside Worli, and the colorfulness of Crawford Market and the Dhobi Ghats to the stark white uniforms of the Dabbahwallas, there's a lot to take in here. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Shrimp peeling party. These ladies despise having their picture taken but I couldn't resist. I surreptitiously snapped this picture but was obviously seen as I had a shrimp thrown at me (she missed)
